• App Preferences: Your settings such as dark theme, haptics, auto-copy preferences
• Token Usage: Information about your usage of text extraction features

We automatically collect certain device information:

• Device Identifiers: Advertising ID (for AdMob) and device ID
• Technical Information: Device model, operating system version, app version
• Usage Analytics: App crashes, performance metrics, feature usage (via Firebase Analytics)

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide Services: Enable text extraction from images and PDFs
• Account Management: Create and manage your account, authenticate users
• Cloud Sync: Sync your extraction history across devices
• Improve App: Analyze usage patterns to improve features and fix bugs
• Monetization: Display relevant advertisements (via Google AdMob)
• Communication: Send important updates, security notifications, and support responses

• Delete Data: Delete specific data (extraction history) without deleting your account
• Delete Account: Request complete account deletion (see Account Deletion)
• Modify Data: Update your display name and preferences in the app
• Opt-Out of Ads: Subscribe to Premium to remove advertisements

5.1 How to Exercise Your Rights

• Delete Extraction History: Profile → Quick Actions → View History → Menu → Clear All
• Delete Account: Profile → Request account deletion, or visit our Account Deletion page

Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at sapo.business.ventures@gmail.com.

If we discover that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete that information promptly.

• Active Accounts: We retain your data as long as your account is active
• Account Deletion: Upon account deletion request, data is deleted immediately from active servers
• Backups: Data may remain in backups for up to 7 days before permanent deletion
• Analytics: Aggregated, anonymized analytics data may be retained longer for app improvement

Your information may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside your country of residence. By using our App, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries that may have different data protection laws than your country.

We use Google Cloud (Firebase) for data storage, which complies with international data protection standards.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:
