Account Deletion Request

Request to permanently delete your account and associated data

⚠️ Important Notice

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, all your data including extraction history, preferences, and account information will be permanently removed from our servers.

How to Request Account Deletion

  1. Open the Text Extraction Toolkit app on your Android device
  2. Navigate to Profile (tap your profile icon or name)
  3. Scroll down and tap "Request Account Deletion" or "Contact Support"
  4. Send an email with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include:
    • Your email address used to sign up
    • Confirmation that you want to delete your account
  5. We will process your request within 7 business days and send you a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Account Information Deleted
Email Address Deleted
Display Name Deleted
Extraction History Deleted
User Preferences Deleted
Settings & Tokens Deleted
Data Retention Period: All data is deleted immediately upon account deletion. We do not retain any user data after account deletion is processed.
