Remove specific data without deleting your account

â„šī¸ What is Partial Data Deletion?

You can delete specific types of data (like your extraction history) without deleting your entire account. This gives you more control over your privacy while keeping your account active.

How to Delete Your Data

  1. Option 1: Delete Extraction History (In-App)

    Open the UtilFlow app → Go to "Profile" → "Quick Actions" → "View History" → Tap the menu (⋮) → Select "Clear All" → Confirm deletion

  2. Option 2: Request Data Deletion via Email

    Send an email to sapo.business.ventures@gmail.com with:

    • Subject: "Data Deletion Request - [Your Email]"
    • Your registered email address
    • Which data you want to delete (e.g., "extraction history only")

What Data Can Be Deleted?

Extraction History Can Delete
Individual History Entries Can Delete
User Preferences (Theme, Settings) Can Delete
Account Information Kept (Account Required)

Data Retention Period

When you request data deletion, the specified data is deleted immediately from our active servers. Data may remain in backups for up to 7 days before being permanently removed.

When you delete specific data (without deleting your account), the following information is kept to maintain your account:
